ASANA + MEDITATION with Michelle Baker - 28 maj - Varberg

ASANA + MEDITATION - rejuvenating, a body in motion
Yogalärare: Michelle
Lagerstatus: I lager
400,00 kr

Throughout the Yoga Asana + Meditation classes, Michelle weaves her expansive studies in a variety of yoga philosophies as well as her knowledge about the breath and the energetics of the body to create a sequence that feels both intuitive and intelligent from within.

The main purpose of these classes is to mindfully move to release stagnation and create a deeper, more embodied relationship with our earthly bodies. The sequences always follow an organic progression while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure.

If you are desiring a balanced variety of movement, stillness, variations, balance, mindfulness, and breath, this is an ideal class for you.
